The Department of Medical Services and Techniques started its academic activities within Muş Alparslan University by recruiting students for the first time to the “Opticianry” program, which was approved to be opened at the meeting of the Council of Higher Education dated 22.02.2018. In the 2021-2022 academic year, our department opened its doors to its students by taking students to the “First and Emergency Aid” program. Our department continues its education and training activities with 176 students, 5 academic staff and 2 programs.
Our department aims to educate individuals who are respectful to human, society and nature, who can think based on knowledge, who can put their thoughts into production, who use technology effectively, who are sensitive to social problems, who are open to change and development in cooperation with all stakeholders. It has taken it as a duty to create a workforce potential as qualified intermediate staff who will contribute to local and national development.
The goal of our department is to educate individuals who have the knowledge and skills required by the education in technical subjects, who are open to change and development, who have a high level of professional skills, and to be a leading educational institution in the vocational field, where students who graduate from our school are sought and preferred by public and private sector institutions and organizations for employment.
