Facilities and infrastructures (cafeteria, dormitory, technologically equipped work areas; health, transportation, IT services, distance education infrastructure) are of the required quality and quantity, accessible and presented to students for information/use. The use of facilities and infrastructures is examined.
Access to educational opportunities for disadvantaged, fragile and underrepresented groups (disabled, poor, minority, immigrant, etc.) is provided by considering equality, fairness, diversity and inclusiveness. The distance education infrastructure has been created by taking into account the needs of these groups. There are barrier-free university applications in university campuses in line with the needs. The access of these groups to educational opportunities is monitored and improved in line with their feedback.
